乙酰水杨酸对采后玉露桃果实成熟衰老进程和乙烯生物合成的影响

【摘要】 20℃下用1.0mmol/L(pH3.5)的乙酰水杨酸(ASA)处理玉露桃Prunuspersica(L.)Batsch果实,分析其对果实成熟衰老相关因子的影响。结果表明,随着果实成熟衰老,LOX活性、超氧自由基()生成速率、ACC合成酶、ACC氧化酶活性和乙烯释放均呈峰形变化,果实硬度迅速下降,组织电导率持续上升;ASA处理显著抑制了峰前相应的LOX、ACC合成酶和ACC氧化酶活性变化以及乙烯释放,维持了较高的果实硬度和细胞膜的完整性,延缓了果实的成熟衰老。

【Abstract】 The fruit of Yulu peach variety Prunus persica(L.)B at sch.were used for studying the effects of acetylsalicylic acid(ASA,1.0mm ol/L,pH3.5)treatment on the changes of LOX activities,superoxide radical ()production,and ethylene biosynthesis.Results showed that the changes of LO X activities,production,ACC synthase and ACC oxidase activities and ethylene b iosynthesis were appeared peak-trend,fruit firmness decreased and tissue elect ric conductivity in-creased after postharvest.ASA treatment inhibited LOX act ivities,slowed down production,suppressed ACC synthase and ACC oxidase activit ies and ethylene biosynthesis,retarded ethylene production,maintained higher f irmness and cell membrane integrity,delayed the process of fruit ripening and s enescence.
