【Abstract】 The investigation of heat-transfer and mass-transfer during mould-filling process in EPC is summarized. The heat-transfer among molten metal,foam pattern, and moulding sand as well as the mass-transfer of thermal degraded products between coatings and moulding sand are analyzed. It is emphasized that the interface reaction among molten metal,foam model,and moulding sand as well as the transport behavior of thermal degraded products between coatings and dry sand is of significance for controlling the solidification mode in EPC and improving the quality of castings.更多还原
