【摘要】 生产定额的制订是现代企业进行科学化和规范化生产管理工作的重要组成部分.针对焊接生产定额,构建了基于专家系统的焊接生产定额计算机辅助制订原型研究系统,并运用VB程序语言和数据库技术,设计了其系统软件,实现了焊接生产中焊条电弧焊方法和埋弧焊方法的焊接工时定额与材料消耗定额的制订和查询功能.经系统软件初步运行验证,该系统具有人机界面良好、扩充性好和实用性强的特点.更多还原

【Abstract】 The formulation of production quota is an important component in scientific and standardized administration of production in modernized enterprises.Aimed at the formulation of welding production quota,a prototype investigation system of computer-aided formulation for welding production quota is developed on the basis of expert system and,in addition,its system software is designed by using VB programming language and database technique,so that the function of formulation as well as inquiry of the quota of man-hour and materials consumption for the production of electrode arc welding and submerged arc welding is realized.It is verified by preliminary operation of system software that this system exhibits a good man-machine interface,better augmentability,and better practicability.更多还原
