考虑轮轨碰撞的转向架蛇行振动的非线性分析
Nonlinear analysis of hunting vibration of truck due to wheel-rail impact
【摘要】 考虑系统中干摩擦力和轮轨相互碰撞作用等非线性因素,建立了3个自由度的货车转向架非线性横向振动数学模型.应用数值方法研究了货车转向架蛇行振动的Hopf分叉、临界速度及转变速度,表明蛇行振动存在两个Hopf分叉不变圈,一个是稳定的,另一个是不稳定的.进一步分析了参数变化时对蛇行振动临界速度及临界不变圈的影响.
【Abstract】 Taking some nonlinear factors such as dry friction and wheel-rail impact into consideration, a mathematical model of nonlinear hunting vibrations of the truck is established for a truck of railway freight car with 3 degree freedom. The Hopf bifurcations, critical speed, and transforming speed of the hunting vibration of the truck are investigated by numerical method. The results indicate that there exist two invariant circles from Hopf bifurcation, one being stable and the other unstable. The influence of parameter change on the critical speed and amplitude of critical invariant circles is analyzed further as well.
