消失模铸造模型顶部型砂稳定条件的理论分析

【摘要】对干砂真空消失模铸造中模型顶部型砂的稳定条件进行了理论研究,提出了避免顶部型砂在充型即将结束时发生塌陷缺陷及抬起缺陷所需满足的力学条件,并据此讨论了有关工艺因素对这两种缺陷的影响.更多还原

【Abstract】 Stability conditions of the moulding sand at the mould top in EPC process are investigated theoretically. The necessary mechanical conditions are presented respectively for the moulding sand at the mould top to be without the defect of collapse and rise at the end of mould filling, and the influence of relevant processing factor on above-mentioned defects is also discussed according to those conditions presented.更多还原
