【Abstract】 Since the strategic policy of exploiting the western areas of China was put into effect,there have appeared numerous studies on the strategies for the exploitation of the western areas of China.Based on the major questions concerned with the great exploitation——why to exploit the western areas,who to exploit them,what to be exploited,how to expoit them,this paper gives logical critical responses to different strategies and builds its own framework.Thus it initiates a series of reflections on logical starting point,strategic location,theoretical creation,thinking creation,restraints,and structural creation of the synthetical exploitation strategy.更多还原
