【Abstract】 The total Se and Se(Ⅳ) in four kinds of Chinese herbs was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry in tartaric acidic solution with the Soxhlet extraction system.Under the optimized conditions, the detection limit was 0.015μg·L -1 with RSD(n=5) of 2.6%—3.9%,and the recovery was ranged from 95.0% to 102.6%.更多还原
