原子吸收法测定三七中的铜、镉和锂
Determination of Copper,Cadmium and Lithium in Notoginseng by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 干法灰化、硝酸浸取盐分 ,原子吸收法同时测定三七中的铜、镉、锂。优化了仪器工作条件 ,对盐酸、高氯酸、硫酸、共存元素干扰进行了试验。该法对铜、镉、锂的检出限分别为 0 .0 0 2 3μg/ m L、0 .0 0 2 6μg/ m L和0 .0 0 2 0 μg/ m L;测定精密度分别为 2 .5 0 %、10 .0 8%和 9.0 2 % ;回收率分别在 96 %— 10 3%、92 %— 10 8%和 96 %— 10 4 %之间。
【Abstract】 The notoginseng sample was pretreated in to ashes and the complex salt were dissolved by nitric acid,and the amounts of copper,cadmium,lithium were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The instrument conditions and influences of hydrochloric acid、perchloric acid、sulfuric acid and lanthanum in molecular sieves were tested.The detection limits of this method are 0.0023μg/mL(Cu), 0.0026μg/mL(Cd)and 0.0020μg/mL(Li) with the relative standard deviation of 2.5% (Cu),10.08% (Cd) and 9.02% (Li),and the recovery of 96%—103%(Cu)、92%—108%(Cd) and 96%—104%(Li), respectively.
