直接进样FAAS法测定奶制品中钙的含量
Determination of Calcium in Milks by Direct Injection-Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 建立了直接进样火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶制品中钙的方法。其相关系数为 0 .9989,线性关系良好 ,检出限为 0 .0 2 1mg/ L。加标回收率为 93%— 98% ,相对标准偏差为 0 .5 4%— 0 .6 2 %。方法快捷、简便、具有良好的精密度和准确度。应用于实际样品的测定 ,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 A new method was developed for the determination of calcium in milks by direct injection-atomic absorption spectrometry.The linearity is good.The detection limit is 0.021mg/L with RSD= 0.54% —0.62%,and r=0.9989.The recovery are in the range of 93—98%.The proposed method has the advantages of simple operational conditions,high sensitivity and high speed.It was applied to the determinations of calcium in several milk samples with satisfactory results.
