光度法测定黑木耳中微量硒

【Abstract】 Selenium in black fungus was determined by UV spectrophotometry.The method is sensitive and precise with RSD of 0.054% and the recovery of 97.74%—100.75%,and was applied to the determination of selenium in blank fungus with satisfactory results.更多还原
