【Abstract】 A metronidazole and dimetridazole in swine feed were determined by HPLC with chloroform extraction from the test sample,PAD as external standard,Meta Chem Polaris 5μ C18 A(25cm× 4.6mm I.D.) column for chromatographic separation,eluent consisting acetonitrile water acetic acid(16+83+1 by volume),and monitored at 319nm.The detection limit of metronidazole for the method was 0.4mg/kg,with recovery of>71% and RSD of<5.2%.The detection limit of dimetridazole for the method was 0.4mg/kg,with recovery of>82% and RSD of <6.3%.更多还原
