活性染料染色废水的日光脱色降解
A Study on Photocatalytic Decoloration of Reactive Dyes by Solar Irradiation
【摘要】 在太阳光照射条件下,使用铁(Ⅲ)-草酸盐络合物/H2O2对存在于水中三种中温型活性染料进行光催化降解研究,重点考察了太阳光的强度和活性染料的浓度对脱色降解反应的影响结果表明:太阳光的强度低于5000lux,染料的脱色率低于40%;在高于40000lux、照射60分钟脱色率高于98%,在高于90000lux时,照射10分钟,可使活性蓝MS脱色率接近100%。太阳光的强度越高,溶液中的染料浓度越低。
【Abstract】 Photocatalytic decoloration of three reactive dyes containing two reactive groups in aqueous solutions was carried out using ferrous oxalate complex/H2O2 by solar irradiation. The factors affecting on photocatalytic decoloration of reactive dyes such as solar irradiwas less than 40% when solar intensity was below 50001ux; the decoloration was over 98% when solar intensity was over 400001ux for 60 minutes; the deeoloration of reactive blue MS was near to 100% by irradiated with solar of900001ux for 10 minutes. The stronger the solar was, the lower the concentration of dyes in solution was.
