二氧化钛催化超声降解酸性品红溶液及纳米锐钛矿型与普通金红石型二氧化钛催化性能的比较

【摘要】 采用活化处理过的纳米锐钛矿型与普通金红石型TiO2为催化剂,研究了各种因素对酸性品红溶液降解反应的影响,结果表明:TiO2对超声降解酸性品红具有明显的催化作用,而且纳米锐钛矿型TiO2的催化效果好于普通金红石型TiO2,在超声功率为50W,频率为40kHz,纳米锐钛矿型TiO2催化剂用量0.5g/L,品红溶液初始浓度为20mg/L的条件下,超声反应3小时,降解率达到85%以上。通过对数据进行动力学方程拟合,发现品红溶液的降解反应符合一级反应

【Abstract】 A variety of affecting factors on ultrasonic degradation of Acid Fuchsine was studied by using the activated nanometric anatase and ordinary rutile TiO2 as the catalysts. The results indicated that the effects of ultrasonic degradation with TiO2 were obvious and furthermore, the nanometric anatase Ti02 were much better than that of ordinary rutile TiO2. At appropriate experimental conditions: i.e., ultrasonic power input SOW, frequency 40kHz, amount of nanometric anatase TiO2 catalyst 0.5g/L, the initial concentration of dye 20mg/L and the reaction time 3.0 hours, a>85% of degradation achieved.. It was also found that the sonocatalytic degradation of Acid Fuchsine in solution followed a first order kinetics by stimulating the kinetics equation from the data collected.
