新型交联剂FKJ的合成及其应用

【摘要】三甲胺盐酸盐与98％环氧氯丙烷在45℃～50℃反应4小时,加入氢氧化钠继续反应30-60分钟,调节pH=7,在0℃-5℃加入三聚氯氰反应,然后加入对位酯反应4小时.得交联剂FKJ。活性染料染色织物用FKJ处理,L★值由19.36下降到17.62-18.95,湿摩擦牢度提高0.5-1.0级。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tri-methylamine hydrochloride was reacted with 98% epoxy chloropropane at 45℃ for 4 hours, sodium hydroxide added and reacted for 30-60 minutes, pH=7 adjusted, cyanuric chloride added at 0℃-5℃,finally by treating with 4-(2-sulfonatoethyl)sulfone aniline, to give cross-linking agent FKJ. The fabric dyed with reactive dyes was treated with cross-linking agent FKJ, the value L decreased from 19.36 to 17.62-18.95, wet rubbing fastness improved 0.5-1.0.更多还原
