玉米自交系掖478、黄早4改良系配合力及遗传参数分析
Analysis on Genitic Parameters between Combining Ability Inbred Lines Derived from Ye 478 and Yellow Early Four and Their Improved Hybrids
【摘要】 以郑58等11个掖478改良系、昌7-2等6个黄早4改良系为被测系,采用NC-Ⅱ杂交设计原理和方法,研究了9个性状的配合力及其群体遗传参数。结果表明:Z122、Z78、Z118-2三个黄早4改良系的单株产量GCA明显优于黄淮海区骨干系昌7-2(黄早4改良系),而A29、99451、99460等3个掖478改良系,在SCA上明显优于郑58(掖478改良系)。99460×Z13、98379×Z62、98379×Z78、A29×Z13四个完全改良的杂交组合均表现高抗叶斑病、青枯病,分别比郑58×昌7-2(郑单958)增产27.41%、21.59%、19.48%、16.57%,均达极显著水平,且熟期与郑单958相当。有望成为该区域的优良品种。
【Abstract】 11 maize inbred lines (Zheng 58 etc. ) and 6 improved hybrids of yellow early four (Chang 7-2 etc. ) were sedected, to study their combining ability of 9 characters and population genetic parameters by NC-× design and method. The result showed that yield per plant’s GCA of Z122 ,Z78,Z118-2 derived from yellow early four and their improved hybrids is obvious superior to the leading maize self-bred line which is from Chang 7-2 of Huanghuaihai area. And yield perplant’s GCA of A29, 99451,99460 derived from Ye 478 and their improved hybrids is obvious superior to the line Zheng 58. The yield of the crosses which were 99460×Z13, 98379×Z62, 98379×Z78, A29× Z13 increased yield 27.41%,21. 59%,19.48%,16.57% respectively than that of Zhengdan 958(Zheng 58×Chang 7-2). The disease resistant level to leaf boight,stalk rot are HR respectively. Its harvest day is similar to Zhengdan 958. It is hoped to be fine veriety in this area.
