【摘要】 目的 :探讨免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG与胆囊胆固醇结石形成的关系。方法 :分别收集 6 0例胆囊胆固醇结石患者血清和 30例对照组患者血清 ,测定血清IgA、IgM、IgG含量。结果 :与对照组比较 ,在胆囊胆固醇结石组患者的血清免疫球蛋白中 ,IgA差异有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,IgM差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IgG差异无显著意义(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :在胆囊胆固醇结石的形成过程中IgA的促成核作用可能性最大 ,其次是IgM ,而IgG可能无促成核作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relation between immunoglobui n IgA,IgM,IgG and cholesterol gallstone formation.Methods:Serum samples w ere obtained from 60 patients with cholesterol gallstone and controlled serum we re obtained from 30 patients.IgA,IgM,IgG in serum were measured.Results:Serum in patients with cholesterol gallstone,the levels of IgA and IgM were higher t han the control group,while the levels of IgG was not higher than the control group.Conclusions:IgA may have the most important effect on cholesterol gallston e formation.The nest one is IgA,yet IgG has no effect on the chol esterol gallsto ne formation.更多还原
