【摘要】 目的 :探讨泰素加 5 -氟尿嘧啶持续输注方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副作用 ,评价该方案在晚期胃癌治疗中的价值。方法 :1 3例病人先给予置好深静脉埋入式导管 (贝朗管 ) ,给予泰素 90mg/m2 ,d1 ,3小时滴注 (先预处理 ) ;5 -氟尿嘧啶 0 .5mg ,iv ,d1 ,2 5 0 0mg/m2 ,持续静脉输注共二天 (4 8小时 ) ,每二周一次 ,二次为一周期。结果 :1 3例病人中CR 1例 ,PR 8例 ,NC 3例 ,PD 1例。总有效率 6 9.2 % (9/ 1 3)。主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制Ⅲ°、Ⅳ°占6 1 .5 % (8/ 1 3) ,偶有神经系统症状和肝功能异常。结论 :该方案有效率高 ,毒副作用不大 ,经济条件较好的晚期胃癌患者可试用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects and side effects of CIV of Taxol and 5-FU in treating terminal gastric carcinoma.Methods:13 cases were with deeply laid conduct (Beilang) in the vein,supplied with Taxol 90mg/m 2,d1,CIV for 3 hours(pretreatment);5-FU 0.5mg,iv,d1,2500mg/m 2,CIV for 48 hours;once every two weeks,two times as a period.Result:Of the 13 cases,1 CR case,8 PR cases,3 NC cases,1 PD case.Total effective rate was 69.2%(9/13).The main side effect was marrow restrain Ⅲ 0,Ⅳ 0 (61.5%,8/13),occasionally with symtoms of nervous system and abnormal liver function.Conclusion:The method is highly effective and side effects are not so harmful.The terminal gastric carcinoma patients with good economic condition are suggested to take the treatment.更多还原
