【摘要】 目的 :提高对肾上腺偶发瘤的诊治水平。方法 :回顾总结 1 4例肾上腺偶发瘤的临床资料。结果 :1 2例经手术治疗 ,效果满意。病理检查发现皮质腺瘤 5例 ,嗜铬细胞瘤 5例 ,肾上腺囊肿 1例 ,皮质腺癌 1例。结论 :在健康体检时应常规作肾上腺B超检查 ,CT、MRI对确诊肾上腺占位病变有较高价值。恶性肿瘤、肿瘤直径≥ 3.0cm者和随诊中肿瘤有增大趋势者应早期手术治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To review the diagnosis and treatment of occasional adrenal tumor.Methods:A total of 14 occasional tumor at our hospital between1986 to 2002 were reviened.There were 6 males and 8 females with a mean age of 39.14 years.Results:After operation and pathologic section of 12 cases,there were 5 cortex adenoma,5 pheochromocytoma,1 cystis 1 adenocarcinoma,2 cases no operation.Conclusion:If the diameter of occasion adrenaltumor is 3cm or more,it should be emphasized to make an operation.更多还原
