【摘要】 目的 :探讨视觉对空间记忆力的影响。方法 :选用健康的雄性昆明小鼠 ,青年组 (3月龄 ) 30只 ,分实验 1组(蒙眼组 ) ;实验 2组 (摘眼组 ) ;对照组三组进行Morri’s水迷宫行为学试验。Morri’s水迷宫空间搜索试验和定位航行试验分四象限进行 ,每天上、下午两时段 ,每时段 4次共 8次 ,每次历时 2分钟。结果 :实验 1组和实验 2组较正常组在定位航行试验所经历的时间更长 ,空间搜索试验平台象限游泳路程随机变化 ,与其它象限无明显差别。而正常组平台象限游泳路程占总路程的百分比均高于其它象限。提示蒙眼组与摘眼组空间记忆能力和搜索策略有明显的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To export the visual sense influence the space memory.Methods:30 the small mice of male Kunming of health,youth group (3 monthly age )were chosen,which were divided into,divides covered eyes group,picked eyes group and contrasted group for behavior examination with the Morri’s water maze.The spatial explore trial and the fixed position location navigation trial were divided into four quadrants to be in progress searching for space memory with the Morri’s water maze.One day was divided into two spans,one span 4 times,one time lasted 2 minutes.Results:The time of covered eyes group and piked eyes group were longer than the contrasted group in the fixed position location navigation trial and the percentages of platform quadrant swimming path were randomly changed.It had no difference compared with other quadrants.But in the normal group (contrasted group )the percentages of platform quadrant swimming path were more than other quadrants.The result suggested that space memory capability and exploring strategy of covered eyes group and picked eyes group had clearly changed.更多还原
