【摘要】 长期以来,情绪智力研究忽略了对其适应性功能的思考。通过对情绪智力结构和心理适应机制的分析发现,情绪智力的主要成分和心理适应两者之间存在着吻合之处。情绪智力所强调的情绪觉知和理解、情绪的恰当表达以及对情绪行为的控制等方面是心理适应能力的体现。教育者有必要在心理健康教育中加强对儿童的情绪智力培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 The past researches has neglected the function of adaptability in emotional intelligence.After analysising the structure of the emotional intelligence and the mechanism of the psychological adaptability,we can conclused that there are some correpondeces between the emotional intelligence and the psychological adaptablity.The emotional intelligence embodies some kinds of adaptive abilities:some aspects in the emotional intelligence such as the ability of perceiving and understanding the emotion,the apt style of expressing emotion and the ability of controlling emotional behaviors are all adaptive abilities.Therefore,it is necessary for educators to cultivate the children in these aspects.更多还原
