可调范围宽、悬浮稳定的磁流变液的配制
The manufacturing of magnetorheological fluid with large adjustable range and suspending stability
【摘要】 低零场粘度、高剪切屈服强度以及长期静置悬浮稳定性是优质磁流变液的重要性能指标。本文从理论及实验的角度分析了分散工艺以及外加剂对以上性能指标的影响。本文的研究表明:大功率分散设备(如胶体磨)有助于降低磁流变液零场粘度,而外加聚合物(如OP乳化剂)或触变剂(如有机膨润土)可以在不大幅度提高磁流变液表观粘度的情况下,提高其悬浮稳定性。
【Abstract】 Low viscosity, high yield shear stress and good suspending stability during long time placed were three main quality indexes of perfect magnetorheological fluid (MRF). In this paper, the influence of dispersing and admixing technology to the above indexes was analyzed by theory and experiment. The studies show that, high-power dispersing equipment (colloid mill) was in favor of reducing viscosity of MRF, and polymer (such as alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether emulsifier) or thixotropic agent(such as organic clay) can improve the suspending stability of MRF without greatly increasing viscosity.
