纳米Mg2Ni-Ni非晶合金的球磨制备和电极性能

【摘要】 球磨Mg2Ni合金粉和Ni粉制得纳米Mg2Ni Ni非晶合金。用XRD和SEM分析表征了球磨过程中的相和结构的变化。模拟电池测试结果表明,Mg2Ni/Ni复合粉的首次放电容量随球磨时间的延长有明显提高。当球磨150h形成了纳米Mg2Ni Ni非晶合金,其放电容量和电极循环性能得到明显改善。

【Abstract】 Nano-amorphous Mg2Ni-Ni alloys have been synthesized by ball milling the powders of Mg2Ni alloys and Ni. XRD and SEM analysis were used to characteristic the microstructure and phase of milled Mg2Ni/Ni composite. Electrochemical properties were evaluated by simulated battery testing with the alloys as negative electrode, it was found that the discharge capacity of Mg2Ni/Ni composite, especially initial discharge capacity, was obviously improved with the increase of milling time. Compared with Mg2Ni/Ni composite, the enhancements in discharge capacity and cycle life were observed in nano-amorphous Mg2Ni-Ni alloy synthesized by ball milling for 150h.
