【Abstract】 The ZnO films was a novel luminescence material which was developed recently. The investigation on ZnO films has attracted much attention. In recent years, there were many reports on the photoluminescence (PL) of ZnO films and the various photoluminescence peaks are found. The PL spectra of ZnO films prepared with various methods under different conditions and corresponding photoluminescence mechanism were summarized.
