【摘要】 我国的医学影像技术人才的培养模式一直以中等教育为主 ,目前在各级各类医疗机构中从事影像技术工作的人员普遍存在学历、职称偏低 ,知识结构老化等问题 ,临床高层次医学影像技术人才出现断层 ,培养宽口径、厚基础、素质高、能力强的复合型、实用型影像专业技术人才迫在眉睫。为了满足新时期医学影像专业发展的需要 ,建议在高等学校医学影像专业中分化出影像技术方向 ,培养理、工、医结合的高层次影像技术人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China,the training of professional technicians majoring in medical imaging has mainly been through secondary education.Now many problems in this respect exist commonly in hospitals of all levels,such as the technicians are of lower education status and lower academic degree,with outdated knowledge structure,etc.As a result,a fault appears in the high-levelled clinical imaging technician contingent.Therefore,the cultivation of qualified medical imaging talented technicians with wide caliber of discipline knowledge,solid fundamental learning,superior quality and powerful ability is badly needed at the present time.In order to meet the need of the development of a new medical imaging,a sub-major of imaging technique should be differentiated from the medical imaging specialty in colleges and universities to train more medical imaging technicians of high level who have mastered the combined knowledge of science,engineering and medicine.更多还原
