【Abstract】 The basic conception of CEP(Condition Ensuring Project ) was defined.The characteristic of CEPES(Condition Ensuring Project Evaluation System) was described.The application of HWMS (Hall for Workshop of Meta Synthetic ) was researched and HWMS of CEPE is given. The framework and function for HWMS was developed. These results could be used as the foundation of the related department to build a new Evaluation Mechanism,stimulating CEPE to be standardized, scientized and systematized.更多还原
