【Abstract】 Adopted a specie of cold resistant grapeNo.20,offered by the gardening institute of Qiqihar,as the study material.B 5medium was used for callus induction.The white,fresh and friable callus was put in liquid medium to build suspension culture.The lived cell rate was 97.2%,it was the linear phase.更多还原
