废液水煤浆和精煤水煤浆结渣倾向性模糊综合评判及试验研究

【摘要】 基本模糊数学原理,以分辨率较高的5个指标(软化温度t2、硅比G、硅铝比SiO2/Al2O3、碱酸比B/A和综合指数R)构成评判因素集,对淮化废液水煤浆和新汶精煤水煤浆进行结渣倾向预测,所得结果与工业试验结果相一致,从而证实了评判结果的可靠性。

【Abstract】 Based on the Fuzzy sets principles, this article selected five indexes of whose accuracy is higher as factor sets, and use this model to judge two samples slagging property taken from Huaihua and Xinwen boiler burning CWS. The results of the fuzzy multifactorial accord with the results of the industry test. It confirm the accuracy of the fuzzy multifactorial decision.
