【摘要】 对燃煤锅炉受热面积灰状况进行在线分析计算 ,对防止锅炉严重结渣、积灰 ,优化吹灰运行 ,提高锅炉运行的经济性和安全性等意义非常重大。介绍了国内外电站锅炉积灰监测的基本方法 ,同时介绍了在相关软件方面的开发工作 ,重点介绍了软件的功能和程序的实现算法 ,对于以后相关软件的开发工作也具有一定的参考意义。旨在促进我国这方面的研究和应用 ,提高锅炉运行的自动化水平

【Abstract】 Experience has shown that on-line fouling analysis and monitoring of utility boiler heat surface is very important for preventing boiler fouling/slagging, optimizing soot-blowing operation and achieving safe and economical boiler performance. The author introduces the development of on-line fouling analysis and monitoring of utility boiler heat surface based on boiler operating parameters at home and abroad. The author’s work on the software of the on-line fouling analysis and monitoring of utility boiler heat suface has also been introduced, especially, on the software function and algorithm, in order to promote relative research and application, improve the level of boiler operation.
