卧式煤气化—无烟燃烧锅炉炉内流动特性研究
The Study of Fluid Character in Horizontal Coal Gasification-sootless Combustion Boiler
【摘要】 采用标准本K -ε双方程模型和SIMPLE算法分别对具有同心轴和偏心轴二次风布置型式的卧式煤气化—无烟燃烧锅炉的炉内流场进行数值研究 ,预报了炉膛烟气速度分布、压力分布 ,并对计算结果进行定性分析。表明对于卧式煤气化—无烟燃烧锅炉 ,采用同心轴和偏心轴“多孔分层错列撞击流式”二次风 ,均可形成良好稳定的炉内空气动力场 ,为煤气化—无烟燃烧技术的进一步发展奠定了一定的理论基础
【Abstract】 The flow field in horizontal coal gasification-sootless combustion boiler with different arrangement of secondary air was simulated by using standard K-ε two equation model and SIMPLE algorithm. The pressure and velocity fields were predicted and the simulation result was analyzed qualitatively. It shows that stable air dynamic fields can be obtained after multi-orifices secondary air in horizontal coal gasification-sootless combustion boiler was arranged with eccentric and coaxial “stratified and staggered impinging stream”type. It contributes to coal gasification-sootless combustion theory to some degree.
