A large number of creative talents are increasingly needed to develop our agri-mechanization. In the present paper, we mean those who can use creative ideas and new methods to analyze and study agri-mechanization are creative talents. They possess four primary features with its structure in 16 categories in four fields. Training creative talents for agri-mechanization is rigid task and serious subject for all national agricultural educational departments involved.
