精密播种制钵机计算机分析与设计
Computer Aided Design for Precise Dill Earth Bowl Machine
【摘要】 研究了精密播种制钵机的主要传动装置及运动规律,针对其两个典型的机构(曲柄摇杆机构和槽轮机构),分别进行了数学建模、编译程序、数据采集、动态模拟,进而优化机构设计参数,改善机构工作状况,避免机构运动干涉,为进一步进行精密播种制钵机的动力学分析、机构设计改进与创新等方面提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 This paper studied main mechanisms and movement law of Precise Dill Earth Bowl Machine. Aiming at its’ typical mechanisms (the eccentric wobble crank mechanism, geneva wheel mechanism), this paper carried mathematics modeling, program design, data gathering, dynamic simulation and parameter optimization for each other. Research results provided reliable theory for studying dynamics analysis and innovating mechanical design of Precise Dill Earth Bowl Machine.
