部分预应力混凝土框架的施工技术和设计改进
Improvment on Design of Partially Prestressed Concrete Frame Structures
【摘要】 结合PPC框架施工具体环节,论述影响PPC框架施工质量的五大控制因素:地面处理及支撑设置、预应力筋和非预应力筋及波纹管的制作和绑扎、砼的浇筑、预应力钢丝的张拉、孔道灌浆等.在预应力钢丝束下料长度、预应力筋的弹性模量取值、张拉时梁砼强度值等方面提出改进设计的建议.
【Abstract】 Based on primary elements in construction,five factors influencing construction quality of PPC frame structure are discussed such as ground treatment and support setup,facture and bind of steel and sylphon,laying of concrete,tension of prestressing steel and duct grouting.Advice of improvement on design is proposed from twelve aspects such as layingoff-length of prestressing steel,elastic modulus of prestressing steel,value of concrete strength in beam at tension moment,bind-quality and veracity of position of steel,design of stirrup and so on.
