交联壳聚糖对汞(Ⅱ)的吸附性能
Adsorption properties of the crosslinked chitosan for mercury
【摘要】 以天然高分子化合物壳聚糖为原料,在碱性条件下,经环氧氯丙烷交联制得水不溶性的交联壳聚糖;采用静态法研究了交联壳聚糖对水中痕量汞(Ⅱ)的吸附行为.实验结果表明,在pH=4~5的条件下,以KI为络合剂,交联壳聚糖对汞(Ⅱ)的吸附率在96%以上,饱和吸附容量17 6mg/g.吸附汞后交联壳聚糖不用解吸,可以直接用冷原子发生-原子荧光光谱法测定.该方法的富集倍数为100倍,线性范围为0 01~0 50μg/L;对0 1μg/L的汞进行测定,相对标准偏差为4 4%(n=11),方法的检出限为2ng/L.用于分析实际水样时,回收率可以达到92%~108%.
【Abstract】 Crosslinked with epichlorohydrin in alkaline condition, the crosslinked chitosan unsolvable in water is made with crude macromolecule compound chitosan. The adsorption behavior of crosslinked chitosan for trace mercury is studied. The adsorptivity for Hg is more than 96% in the presence of KI and at pH 4~5 .Saturation adsorption capacity is 17.6 mg / g. The adsorbed Hg can be determined directly by the hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The linear range is 0.01~0.50 μg/ L for Hg, detection limit of 2 ng /L and RSD 4.4 %( Hg 0.1μg/ L,n=11). The method is successfully applied to the determination of Hg in environmental water samples with recoveries between 92 %~108%.
