高岭土的精细处理及其在新材料中的应用
Meticulous treatment of kaolin and application in new materials
【摘要】 介绍了高岭土的多种化学漂白方法和原理,以及在新材料中的应用.连二亚硫酸盐法、酸溶氢气还原法、浮选法、焙烧和酸处理等是低成本漂白、除杂的实用方法.高岭土可应用于合成PVC电缆料中的电性改良剂、4A沸石、聚氯化铝和白碳黑等;在制备Sialon和Al2O3/SiC复相陶瓷粉末中,采用高岭土和碳为原料,在不同的气氛下,经碳热还原原位合成,制备出复相陶瓷或复相陶瓷粉末,大大降低了合成制备复相陶瓷粉末的成本.
【Abstract】 Kaolin cleaning is introduced including various kaolin bleaching and impurity removing . In Kaolin cleaning hyposulphite, acid-dissolved hydrogen reduction method, flotation, roasting, acid treatment cost less, yet techniques are very practical. Kaolin is widely used in new materials, such as in the special ceram to compose cable material, 4A zeolite and kaolin-polyacrylamide intercalation compound. It is discussed that the chemistry reactions occur in the process of carbothermal reaction and nitration of natural kaolin for acquiring β-Sailor powders. Al2O3/SiC composite powder is synthesized in carbothermal reduction process of kaolin in argon atmosphere at high temperature. The application of kaolin can reduce raw material cost.
