【Abstract】 Product liability is an important issue that companies of China are facing with after China’s entry to WTO.Because the legislative level on product liability in China is comparatively low,management has not fully realized the seriousness of product liability.The paper presents strategies and methods for three kinds of defects that cause product liability.It also puts forward the idea that product liability system can be integrated with ISO9000 quality management system so as to prevent product liability as well as improve product quality and business competitiveness.更多还原
