沥青混合料车辙试验方法的比较分析
Comparative Study on Loaded Wheel Testers of Bituminous Mixture
【摘要】 将我国的国标车辙试验与国际上关注的佐治亚沥青路面分析仪(APA)、旋转轮辙仪(RLWT)试验在成型方法和加载模式方面进行了比较,并对常用的几种粒径混合料进行车辙试验。比较分析表明在相同加载次数下,国标车辙测得的车辙深度最大,APA次之,RLWT最小。并且国标车辙与APA的相关性较好,尤其是用动稳定度指标进行评价时相关性很好,动稳定度指标合理、可靠。国标车辙与RLWT的相关性一般,APA与RLWT的相关性偏差。
【Abstract】 Loaded Wheel Tester (LWT) is the most common method to evaluate asphalt mixture rutting over the world In this paper the three popular and promising LWTs, namely APA, China made LWT and Rotary LWT (RLWT) are compared with respect to specimen fabrication and loading mode Mixtures with different maximum aggregate sizes are tested by the three methods respectively Comparative analysis shows that after the same load repetitions, rut depth from China made LWT is the largest, APA comes second, and RLWT result is the smallest Results of China made LWT and APA are related well, especially using dynamic stability as indicator of rutting for China made LWT with correlation coefficient R 2of 0 91 Results of China made LWT and RLWT have a fair correlation with R 2=0 6 and those of APA and RLWT have a correlation coefficient of 0 51
