【摘要】 运用系统工程理论、区域经济学理论以及社会主义市场经济学理论 ,从理论和实践两方面入手 ,重点研究了农村公路建设与经济发展的相关关系、农村公路发展现状、发展趋势及发展环境 ,通过运用生长曲线模型对甘肃省农村公路的发展阶段进行了分析 ,运用回归理论对农村公路的发展规模进行了预测 ,在此基础上 ,经过综合分析研究 ,最终提出了甘肃省农村公路发展的战略构想、战略目标以及战略步骤 ,并对其实施的可能性及实施效果进行分析 ,提出了甘肃省农村公路发展的量化目标和战略实施对策更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes use of theories of system engineering, theories of district economics and theories of socialism market economy, starting with theories and practices, to emphatically study the related relation between construction of village highways and economy development, the present developing condition of village highways and the developing advantages and disadvantages which exsit in the development of village highways in Gansu Province.Through the application of growing the curve model (logistic curve), the stage development of village highways in Gansu is analysed, and using the regression the ory the development scale of village highways is forecasted. According to comprehensive analyses in requirements of economic and transportation, the strategic conception, strategic target and strategy steps of development of village highways are put forward.更多还原
