【摘要】 当前的大学生就业面临着新的时代背景和严峻的就业形势,通过对大学生的就业意向和职业发展观念进行调查,分析了大学毕业生的就业意向和在就业上观念上存在的误区,提出了职业理想和专业发展规划教育是当前大学毕业生就业指导的核心,职业发展引导是当前大学毕业生教育的基础,以人为本的个性化指导是当前就业工作的重点教育观念。并在就业教育中引入了"SWOT"分析,引导学生对自身的素质、水平和知识、能力进行全面的优势、劣势和机会、威胁分析,从而帮助学生正确定位,把握机会,找到满意的工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the college graduate faces a new career and social background and situation. In this article, the intension and misconception of college graduates in their choice of jobs are discussed. The core of job guiding is to help students to form a proper professional ideal and specialty programming, while the foundation of job guiding is to help students set a good direction for their career development.
