独立学院青年教师队伍建设对策
The Countermeasures for the Problems in the Training of Young Teachers in Independent Institute
【摘要】 独立学院的创办是我国高等教育办学机制的大胆探索,同时在扩大高等教育资源和高校办学规模方面起着积极的作用。根据独立学院青年教师队伍的特征以及存在的问题,提出尊重青年教师、优化青年教师的考核方法,完善青年教师的培养形势和途径,积极开展各项有利于青年教师队伍建设的活动,通过与青年教师的沟通来增强凝聚力。并且还要重视加大引进硕士、博士学历的青年教师的工作力度。
【Abstract】 The initiating of Independent Institutes is an audacious practice under the Higher Education school-running mechanism of our country. It also makes a positive contribution to the increasing of teaching resources and the raising of productivity in school-running. According to the characteristics and the existing problems of young teachers in Independent Institutes, the authors expatiate that Independent Institutes ought to take young teachers needs into consideration and to optimize the evaluation of their teaching to meet the end of upgrading young teachers’ training. At the same time, Independent Institutes ought to enhance their cohesion through improving train approaches, various activities, and communication. Furthermore, Independent Institutes should also recruit more young teachers with doctor or master degrees.
