【Abstract】 Rayon fiber is one of three main kind of crude materials from which carbon fiber is producted now. The scope of application and development of rayon based carbon fiber (RCF) was restricted, because RCF possesses intrinsic disadvantage. But because of distinctive property, RCF should not be replaced in application scope of strategic weapons, for example, missiles and rockets.
