国际工程总承包商的选择原则与程序
Principles and Procedure for Selecting EPC Turnkey Contractor for International Works
【摘要】 从业主角度出发,论述了工程总承包的特点与业主选择总承包商的总体策略,给出了总承包模式下的招标过程与方法,并介绍了总承包的评标标准。最后提出了需要进一步研究的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the general procurement strategy from the project owner’s perspective, followed by the options for soliciting bid proposals from contractors and a brief mention of evaluation criteria. A further research topic is proposed at the end of this paper.
