【Abstract】 Intellectual property refers to the patent right of the intangible intellectual achievements, including the rights for professional secrets and etc. which appears as a right related closely to property in the Law and is a result of the development of human civilization and social productivity. At present, the trend of integrity of international economy and science and technology is growing rapidly and intellectual property has showed an increasingly important significance and value. This kind of intangible property has occupied a larger proportion in that of an enterprise. Besides, intellectual property related directly to trade is associated with the success and development of trade in a country or a district.
