【摘要】 目的 探讨应用高频二维超声显像诊断副乳腺。方法 对经手术病理证实的22例副乳腺,根据受检时期不同声像图特点进行回顾性分析。结果 副乳腺二维声像图特点大都位于腑窝,位置表浅,边界不整齐,无包膜,回声在不同时期受内分泌的影响而表现各异,超声诊断与手术病理符合率100%。结论 使用高频二维超声是诊断副乳腺的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To diagnose accessory breast with high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasonography.Methods Aretrospective analysis was made with the ultrasound image of 22 cases of accessory breastconfimed by operational pathology. Consults The two-dimensional ultrasound image characteristic ofaccessory breast included that the position of accessory breast was mostly in axilla and superficial,the border was irregular, no capsule, the echo findings were different for the effect of internalincretion in different stages. The correspondence rate between operational pathology and ultrasonographydiagnosis was 100%. Conclusion The high-frequency two-dimensional ultrasonography is an effectivemethod in diagnosis of accessory breast.更多还原
