尖锐湿疣与IgG、IgA、IgM关系的探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨尖锐湿疣与体液免疫中IgG、IgA、IgM的关系。方法分别于治疗前及治疗后3个月测定患者血清中IgG、IgA、IgM含量。结果64例患者治疗前IgG、IgM、IgA异常者分别为34(53.2%)、23(35.9%)和12(18.8%)。治疗后其含量均有不同程度改善。结论IgG、IgA、IgM参与了尖锐湿疣的发生、发展及消退过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inguire into the relationship between IgG、IgA、IgM and Condylomate acuminate. Methods The serum IgG、IgA、IgM levels were measured in beginning and after three months of treatment. Results In beginning of treatment, the serum unusual immunoglobulin of IgG、IgM、IgA in 64 cases were 34(53.2%)、23(35.2%) and 12(18.8%), After three months of treatment,the serum IgG、 IgA、IgM levels had a varying degrees improved.
