【摘要】 目的调查和分析经济发达地区人群常见口腔疾病就诊病因谱及其原因。方法以2000～2003年广东省东莞市塘厦医院口腔科就诊的14660名患者为研究对象,进行口腔疾病病因和相关因素的调查。结果主的就诊病种顺位及其构成比为:牙和牙槽外科占21.94%;牙髓炎占17.45%;根尖周炎占17.05%;颌面部感染占12.87%;龋齿占12.48%。外来人口就诊占较大比例(65.38%),就诊年龄多在20～35岁(占86.32%)。结论 现有的口腔专业医师数不能满足医疗市场的需求,无牌游医诊治的比例高(64.58%)。有必争取政府的支持,促使重视口腔专业的人力资源配置,以对该人群采取有效的口腔保健和预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the survey was to analyse the reasons of seeking medical advicein dental clinic in developed economy area. Methods The samples are 14660 patiens who have soughtmedical advice in dental clinic in Tang Xia People’s hospital, Dong Guan, Guang Dong between 2000～2003years.Results The ages of patients are 20～35 years old(86.32%), the reasons of seeking medical adviceare teeth and alveolar surgery(21.94%), pulpaltis(17.45%), apical periodontitis(17.05%), maxillofacialinfection(12.87%), dental caries(12.48%), respectively.
