【摘要】 目的 调查输液患者对舒适护理的需求情况。方法对我院2002年10月~2002年12月500例输液患者,在输液过程中的舒适需求进行问卷调查。结果 (1)输液时需要了解药名、性能、有无毒副作用占84％,需要了解输液速度者占81.6％;需要护理人员在操作进解释操作目的、过程、安全性等占78％。(2)要求护士输液时一针见效者96%;要求护理人员态度热情者占79.2％;要求护理人员穿戴合体、美观大方者占71.2%;要求陪同交流者占67.8％。(3)需要加强医院环境美化者占62％,需要改善室内设施者占66％。(4)在肌注时希望护士对臀部等外露部位给予遮挡者占69％。结论 舒适护理理念的实施不但尊重患者,也是使患者早日康复的有效途径。更多还原
