【摘要】 目的 对老年前列腺增生症合并尿潴留的患者导尿术进行改进。方法使用镇静剂、阿托品解痉、表面麻醉、膀胱穿剌减压,润滑和利用专科尖头导尿管等措施综合进行操作。结果对40例老年前列腺增生症合并急性尿潴留患者导尿,成功率达到95％以上。结论该方法具有导尿成功率高,简单易行,不需专用器械,几乎无并发症,病人痛苦少等优点,在基层单位易于推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 <abstract>jective To improve the Catheterization in the old age with prostatic hyperthrophy complicated by urinary retention. Methods Tranquilizer, Atropine for spasmolysis, bladder purcture, lubricate, and use specialized sharp catheter for the Catheterization. Result More than 95% have been succeeded. Conclusion This method doesn t need any specialized apparatus, easily succeeded, and causes almost no complication and little pain, It can be widely used in most base units.更多还原
