【摘要】 目的观察颅通定治疗快速型室上性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 34例患者近期内未使用抗心律失常药物,均在快速型室上性心律失常发作时静注硫酸颅通定,单次用量按2mg／kg,将所需用量加入5％葡萄糖注射液20ml中稀释,于5分钟内静注完毕。治疗前后行24小时动态心电图,心律转复过程记录心电图以供分析,并测量用药前后血压及观察不良反应。结果 本组病例治疗后显效18例(占53％),有效10例(占29％),无效6例(18％),总有效率为82％。结论 颅通定具有转复AVNRT和镇静作用的双重优点,值得临床进一步观察应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 <abstract>jective To observe the clinic efficacy of retundine treatment in patients with rapid supraventricular cardiac arrhythmia. Methods Thirty-four patients were used the drugs of antiarrhythmia in near term. The patients with rapid supraventricular arrhythmia were treated with sulfate retundine(2mg/kg). After attemperring with 5% glucose injection 20ml ,finishing of intravenous injection within 5 minute. With lead Ⅱ detected electrocardio in treatment, Recording ECG in order to analysis, Measuring blood pressure and observing adverse reaction at the time before inject and after administration .Results The excellent response 53%(n=18)of patients showed to the treatment, response 29%(n=10) and failed to response 18%(n=6), an overall response rate to rotundine was 82% . Conclusions Retundine had double profits in treatment AVNRT and abirritation . It can be used more cheaper and more rapid .更多还原
