【摘要】 目的对临床A组溶血性链球菌(GAS)感染患者血清进行抗脱氧核糖核酸酶-B抗体和抗链球菌溶血素“O”抗体效价测定。方法采用抗脱氧核糖核酸酶-B微量法和抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)乳胶法联合检测。结果GAS感染组:抗脱氧核糖核酸酶-B抗体阳性率为81%,高于抗链球菌溶血素“O”抗体的阳性率49.8%(P<0.05),二者联合检测阳性率为88%。结论采用抗脱氧核糖核酸酶-B微量法和抗链球菌溶血素O(ASO)乳胶法联合检测对临床诊断GAS感染具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of the combination of anti-DNase B microtitrationand ASO detection in group A streptococcal (GAS) infection.Methods Anti-DNase B antibodies weredetected with anti-DNase B test. Antistreptolysin “O”was simultaneously measured. Results Thepositive rate of anti-DNase antibody in group A streptococcal infection patients was 81%, and thepositive rate of ASO in the same patients was 49.8%. The difference of positive rate was significant (P<0.05). The positive rate of the combination of Anti-DNase B microtitration and ASO detection in GASinfection patients was 88%.Conclusions The combination of anti-DNase B microtitration and ASOdetection is valuable in diagnosis of GAS infection.更多还原
