【摘要】 目的比较Vita比色板与广州地区人群牙冠颜色的适应性及分布频率。方法统计分析670例上前牙烤瓷修复体的牙位和比色记录。结果A色调是临床最常选用的色调,占总数的65.93%,往下依次为D、B和C色调,各占14.42%、13.48%、6.17%。16种色标按选色频率大小排列顺序是:A3,A2,B2,A3.5,D2,D3,A1,C2,A4,B3,C4,B1,C3,C1,D4,B4。上切牙与尖牙的选色分布无显著性差异。结论广州地区人群牙冠颜色主要为红棕色调,明度较高。Vita比色板与广州地区人群牙冠相比颜色分布不均匀,有差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compared the adaptability of Vita shade guide with natural teeth colorof the people living in Guangzhou and the distribution frequency.Method Statistical analyses of color-mathing records of 670 upper anterior teeth and the position of these Ceramic Restorations.Results Theauthor found that series A was main shade in upper anterior teeth, accounted for 65.93%, series D、B、C accounted for 14.42% ,13.48% ,6.17% respectively. The arrangment of Vita 16 colors by using frequencywas A3,A2,B2,A3.5,D2,D3,A1,C2,A4,B3,C4, B1,C3,C1,D4,B4. There were no significant difference betweenupper incisor teeth and upper canines.Conclusions The principal part of natural upper anterior teethcolor of the people living in Guangzhou was in the red-brown area, there are differences in colordistribution between natural upper anterior teeth and Vita shade guide.更多还原
